We offer returns up to 30 days from your date of purchase. All returns are free, with no restocking or return shipping fees. All orders arrive with a prepaid return label attached to the invoice for added convenience.

How To Make A Return:

• Pack up your item in the box you have received it in

• Place the prepaid return label on top

• If you misplaced the original, e-mail hi@eliif.com to receive a new return label

• Drop the box off at your nearest UPS location

• Breathe easy, we will send you an email once we have your returns and your refund is on its way
